These products are only available to military personnel, Department of State employees and military retirees (without access to APO or FPO box) located outside the United States.

Are these “certified” by AFN?
Absolutely, the AFN7500HD decoder was specifically designed for the AFN network. Customer is responsible to register the decoder to be used on the AFN network. Customer will need the NSC ID and S/N numbers, which are found on the barcode label on the bottom of the decoder. Go to this website to register the decoder.

Where do you ship from and when will my order ship?
We ship from our facility in Murrieta, CA. Your order will ship within 1 to 2 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Are these units new and what is the warranty?
Absolutely, these are brand new units. Since they are new, each unit comes with a 1-year warranty from date or order. If a unit needs to be repaired or replaced, customer is responsible for shipping (to include shipping charges) the unit back to DigitalGlue. Within two weeks of receipt, DigitalGlue will repair or replace the unit and ship back to customer at DigitalGlue’s expense. Contact sales@digitalglue.com if you have a unit that needs to be repaired for specific instructions.

Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns. Also, these units CANNOT be returned at an AAFES location for refunds, exchanges, warranty repair, or any other transaction. AAFES has no affiliation to this sale, or these units being sold. Since these units are serialized, they will not show up in the AAFES system. Save yourself a trip and do not attempt to transact with AAFES. You will be denied. 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
